GIRLs in China for acrobat

I encountered this issue a few days ago. It's regarding the one child policy in CHINA. I am not against the policy when China has 1.8 billion people. (it's too much to get all of them well and contended). 
The issue is there was a group of people who went to villages and take couple of unwanted girls start from the age of 3 to work with them and do some acrobat. Here is the problem; when you read the news about these 3 years old girls who are forced to do acrobatic movement by some strangers, you would feel pity for those little girls. Yes you should; it's normal; but I cannot see how does those people who took the girls give them a set of skills to survive (to learn acrobatic, you must start from young age), feed them food which probably are much better than those parents given, were being sued by the law. Imagine if these girls are still with their parents, what would they get? I believe those parents wound not even give them educations and set of skills to survive as a grown up; nevertheless they would end up being prostitutes. 

If they weren't thought since young age; they would not be able to reach such state where they could show some teeth on the stage and show the world what they can do.
