Picture Perfect BALI (Sept 2010)

When we reach Bali, it was all sunny day my SPF 25 sunblock is not enough to protect my skin (I have told my mom beforehand that it is not enough, but she stubbornly said it should be fine) hence, I was returned with well-done skin. AGHHH.... 


But I must say Bali is best for relaxing your mind and body. EAT PRAY LOVE, one of the best selling book also choose Bali as one of the must visit place before u DIE! The beautiful sea, the ridges, the people, the culture, the unforgettable sunsets, almost everything in Bali is out of this world. It really is 'the island of the Gods' the fact that the island is very sacred and is protected by almost all means from most natural disaster until some jealous dumb-ass people bombed it. It is very inhumane of them. Most indigenous people in Bali get their money from tourism and the bomb just destroy its image and make people stop coming there. They were in crisis for about 2 years, it is very much the nightmare days of Bali. 

Hell yeah I forgot the name of the place totally, but I do remember it is one of the most interesting composition that I've captured (everything just work together, the colours, the pose the building hell yeah! my rocking mom n sis too are in the mood). Btw, it was taken on my first day in Bali. 

This is me, I am not attempting to be a magician who walks on water, I am more than sure that I cannot do that. Thanks to my sis lil' magic on the angle, there was actually a wooden pathway in the water, if I am not bad with balance and the bloody pathway doesn't have too much hell holes on it I would have made it further. But hell no! I love my life.

This is me again with the 'WAKA VOOM' turtle. We went to the Turtle Island, yeah as the name suggested, it is a place where you get to see TURTLES! (they sell a bloody expensive young coconut it cost IDR 15,000.- which normally wouldn't cost u more than IDR 8,000.-) It's one of them whom attacked me the first time I lay my hand on him/her, whatever. 

Me n my lil' sis. We are still stuck with animals on Turtle Island. Well yeah, they have other animals too, beside the turtles. It's like a mini-ME zoo. And this fellow right here if I am not mistaken is from Brazil. Don't get any idea why would they stuck in Bali. Brazil is filled with hot MEN and CHICKS! Anyway, notice the bird on the left, it was hitting on me; more precisely some dried flowers or seeds on my hat. Yeah my head is made of dried grass and seeds. Damn It tried to suck my head off. Bloody bird, but still love & miss them.
